Last year’s event, held on September 11, 2021, the 10th anniversary of 911, our 7th annual freedom cruise was met with the largest turnout in the event’s history. We had more than 3,000 people attend to remember, honor, and support West Michigan Veterans.
Special thanks to the Gold Star family of Sergeant First Class Rick Herrema for sharing his story and memory with us, as well as to all of the first responders and other special guests that joined us for this momentous event.

Date: Saturday, September 10, 2022
Time: Gates Open at 12 Noon
Noon-2 pm: Classic Cars and Motorcycles Assemble at Sparta High School
2-2:45 pm: Honorary Ceremony in the Sparta High School Auditorium
3-4:30 pm: Honor Ride
4:30 pm: Freedom Cruise ends at Momber Farm Market at 2124 12 Mile Road, Sparta MI, 49345, where food, music, beverages and live entertainment will be available.

Who should attend: Motorcyclists, classic/sports car enthusiasts, patriotic community in decorated vehicles, veterans, active military, first responders, and patriots are all invited to honor and remember our West Michigan veterans at this community event.
Event Cost: FREE
However, please consider making a donation to assist veterans in need. Right now some of the highest-impact areas for West Michigan veterans are assistance with food, utilities, rent, out-of-pocket medical expenses, and emergency home repairs costs.
